Holiday Hairstyles Tutorials: Braided Bun Updos

The big braided bun places wonderfully on the nape of the head. It looks romantic and special for holidays and outdates. You can also create it on medium or long hair. Hairspray and pins are needed to help keep the bun in place.
Take one inch section on top of your part and braid. Keep on braiding and only add in hair on the left side.
Angle your braid along your hairline and over the top of your ear. Fix the braid with small clear elastic. Gently pull your braid to widen it.
Style the rest of hair into a side ponytail, next to your braid. Use a hair donut to create a large side bun. Wrap your braid around the base of the bun and pin in place.
